Double Gold 1956 reissues in UK or Europe?

What's Hot
LPManicLPManic Frets: 1085
I always GAS hard at the weekends so bear with me with this latest obsession.

I am loving the green double gold 1956 reissues in these Wildwood videos

1. Has anyone bought before from Wildwood?
2. Does anyone know if there is anywhere in Europe that might sell such greeny (double gold) Goldtops with p90s? I have looked but no look.
3. (Long shot) does anyone have any greeny R6 goldtops with p90s that they might want to sell?

Apologies for another embarrassing unrealistic GAS post.

I'll stick my neck out here and say it's just  marketing bollocks for a slightly different paint colour

According to Gibson, it's the most authentic gold nitro they've reproduced...to paraphrase Nigel Tufnel 'None more Gold'

Me neither. Having read a few of the descriptions on Wildwood it doesn’t seem to mean anything other than it’s the name of the finish. Dunno what was wrong with ‘Gold’ previously.  :)

They also don’t seem to say anything about the difference between the ‘normal’ gold finish Goldtops and the ‘green’ ones. And just to show that Gibson’s naming department has gone into overdrive, the finish on the aged Murphy Goldtops is called ‘Murphy’s Gold’ - whether it’s gold or green!

In the videos i've seen it seems to have that green tint to the colour people go nuts for. I do think it looks rather fetching. I suppose if you're a Goldtop fan (like some people buzz off bursts) it might be the thing you've always wanted the custom shop to do.

My presumption without checking on google is that it’s a gold top with the back of the body and neck also gold.

    no apparently it’s not that.

Don't worry @LPManic when you buy one and stick it on a NGD thread everyone will be fawning over it, me included.

Of course, the greeny ones do look stunning.
I'd just never heard that expression before in decades of drooling over or owning gold tops.

I have a recent one not sure if it's Marlborough Gold, City of Gold or McVities Gold Bar but it's got a nice hue:

It’s an aged R4 @LPManic, I wouldn’t have chosen aged as a preference but the weight was right and Doug at Coda gave me a good deal. I have to say it’s a spot on guitar, really pleased and heartily recommended.
