This is an original 1964 J-45 in excellent condition.

The adjustable bridge has been replaced with a Brazilian rosewood bridge with bone saddle. This will have dramatically improved the tone of this instrument, I have owned a few early 60’s Gibsons with adj bridges and they sounded nothing like this one. It has a very clear, articulate piano-like tone like a high end Martin D. No breaks, recent refret and set up from one of the best in the U.K. (Richard at Reading Guitar Repairs)

The endpin hole has been enlarged for an output jack but a NoJak is currently fitted which looks great. Ready to accept your chosen pickup... or not!

Comes in a brand new Hiscox Pro II case. Honestly, this is an absolutely amazing J-45 but I’ve come to realise I’m wedded to my Atkin OM.

I’m in Farnham, Surrey. Asking £3000. I may consider vintage fender/Gibson/Martin/Gretsch in trade or part ex. Thanks!
