Bugera t5 ohm output and a two notes captor

So, I have a Bugera T5, the amp output says minimum 4 ohm, my cab has a 16 ohm celestion 10/30. If I were to purchase a twonotes torpedo captor loadbox(for silent recording) which one? 4 8 or 16? 4 as that's the minimum? It'd be a lot easier if bugera just stuck with one number.
I'd imagine there's a simple way to work it out,  but I'm a lot simpler than that  =)

    4 ohm.

In fact, it's not a good idea to use that cab with the amp really, at least not if you're cranking it up loud. A valve amp will usually take a 2:1 mismatch safely, but beyond that is risky.

I'm barely past quarter volume at the moment but I'll probably change the speaker soon, either when I find a used one or when something I'm after comes back into stock. Thank you though, this stuff makes my head spin
