I'm being teased (not on purpose) by my tech guy, the guitar is ready, but I can't get there before Monday!

As I've got to attend a couple of work calls tonight, I managed to leave early and swing by CA Guitarworks and pickup the guitar, he's done a great job with the nut / setup, it plays better than my American Special Strat

Couple of photos I took just now:

Very happy with the guitar, it would have definitely been cheaper to track down a real PP, but not sure it'd have been as good as this

from a visual aspect seeing how you got this from wood to where it is now, warts and all was interesting, plus it turned out a good looking guitar.

Thanks all, really happy with this. I'm wondering how good a second one would look with a large Tele Custom / 70's Strat headstock and twin humbuckers..

Whilst I mull over that, he's a shot I did today (to go with my other black background photos)

turned out really well in the end, looking at the problems you had with the scratch plate I was a bit worried it may not turn out as well as you'd like but the finished item looks great.

Thanks - I think if I was to do it again, I'd probably look to use the proper paint for the airbrush kit, might make the application a little easier, maybe with less over spray
