For sale, my Alvarez MD350c, a beautifully built acoustic with a wonderful tone coupled with great playability, crafted from solid Spruce and Rosewood with an Ebony board. These were around the £1k mark on their release.
Here is some spec from the release blurb:

Like all Alvarez Masterworks Guitars, the new MD350 and MC350C are manufactured to the most exacting tolerances and specifications. Both models feature solid wood construction, with Engelmann Spruce tops and Indian Rosewood back and sides. In addition, a high-quality five-piece laminated neck is attached through dovetail neck joining—a combination that ensures maximum structural stability and optimum transfer of vibration between the neck and body.
