Uploading pics with a Mac..

Apologies if this is common knowledge but it took me an age to stumble across it.

I could add pics to listings/NGD posts on my work PC but not with my Mac, turns out that the Mac will only add the image if its saved on Imgur as 'public' and i'd always kept mine hidden as I didn't want to bother the rest of the internet with whatever delay pedal i'm inevitably selling!

When I add images (on a Mac) I just open Imgur, then when adding images I select the named private album that I want to use (TfB usually when using them here, default is None which is public) select the sizing option then add them.

I’m Mac user….I use Flickr no problems…. It adding from a mobile is fraught with problems

Oh yeah...

I was saving them individually and they wouldn't post if they weren't public, put them in a hidden folder and it seems to work?

IT savvy i am not!

On Mac (assuming using Safari or Chrome as a browser) you just want to go to the picture, right click and hit "Copy Image Address". That option should be there for anything on Imgur, public or hidden, including anyone else's photos as well. That will give you a link that starts "https://" and ends ".png" or ".jpg". Paste that into the Attach image box and you're set:
