Lightening to USB-C adapter (Line 6 Sonic Port)

I have a Line 6 Sonic Port that comes with wires to connect to Apple devices - 30 pin plug (remember them..) or lightening.

I can connect to my iPhone (lightening) but not to my iPad (USB-C).

Anyone know if you can get USB-C wires for a Sonic Port or if you can get some sort of adapter that isn't for charging only?

What’s ports does the sonic port have? Looks like a micro usb but I can’t tell from the crap pics google brings up.

I had the same issue.

ended up buying a new interface. audient id4 mk2.

It's bigger than micro usb but does look similar.

This is the thing, there are adapters that "might" work on Amazon for £35ish, but a new iRig HD 2 is only £75 with the right connections from the start.
