WTB Gretsch knob (for solid shaft)

As title.. 
After a Gretsch knob, for solid shaft like you'd find on a made in Japan model.
(sorted)And an ES335 black pickguard with mounting attachment. 
(sorted)And a Fender USA string tree like you'd find on Strat or Tele standards

Chrome or nickel?

@merlin ideally silver but I figure any knob is better than none

As far as I know, they only come in chrome, nickel or gold plate.
