Terry passed 16th December at the age of 70.
Founder member and bass player of Smokie who were huge in the 70s.
RIP Terry.

    Sad news. Loved a bit of Smokie, and he always looked like he was happy in his work.. 
     so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

    Oh, sad.  Our Maud and I used to go and watch them in Jenks's Bar in Blackpool in about 1975, just before they made it big courtesy of Chinn and Chapman.

    They were a pretty good rock outfit who got a summer season playing weekend nights at Jenks's, which was the best place to go for live music in the 'Pool.

    RIP, and thoughts with his loved ones.

  • Terry was a lovely lad and always a gent when I used to go to the same school.  Our wives had a child in the same hospital at the same time.  Rock on Tuts.
