Here's a barely used Palmer PDI-03 all analogue & passive 100W dummy load and speaker simulator.  

Predating all the current wave of IR-powered devices, this one has stayed in production for ages, and is a bit of an industry standard.

These are £300 new, so I reckon £180 should be a pretty nice discount for someone.
