Having not recorded anything beyond a single source in anger for the last 5 years, it is with great sadness I've decided to sell the majority of my mic collection. Researched and purchased around 2010; a mix of new and used mics comprise this mid-level set of do-it-all microphones, perfect for a small project studio.

Prices listed here are based on completed ebay sales.

• Audio Technica ATM63HE - Dynamic mics, bought primarily for toms. Similar to SM57s but better low/mid response and excellent transient pickup of the tom 'thwack'
  
• SM58 - No introduction needed
  
• SM57 - No introduction needed
• Sennheiser E902 - Celebrated kick drum mic; pretty good for low horns too (not that I ever did that); bass cabs etc
  
• Sennheiser E606 - Celebrated dynamic guitar cab mic. Pretty good on under-snares too.
• Rode NT1 - Original Australian run of this famed Condenser mic. Often selected for the excellent FET electronics; the capsule can be replaced to get a near Neumann-like sound. More info: https://microphone-parts.com/pages/rode-nt1-mods
• SE SE4 Matched Pair - Small diaphragm condenser mic with changeable capsule to alter pickup pattern. Think the set I have comes with the shock mounts and the cardoid capsule. Standard fair for drum overheads.

• Rode NTG-2 - Bog standard mid-level shotgun mic for field recording

• SE Voodoo VR1 - Passive Ribbon mics. Not a matched pair but bought around the same time. For guitar cabs and drum overheads, as well as some interesting recording techniques involving room sounds with drums
• Rode NT2-A - Multi-pattern condenser mic. Good for vocals, room mics - anything really
