Sorted: Quality mid-sized acoustic ie Lowden F-shape / OM by Collings, Larrivee etc

Looking for a great medium-bodied acoustic, ideally ready to gig with a quality pickup. I tend to lean towards OMs with mahogany back and sides but open to what's available! Also keen to try an F-shape Lowden, especially given the inflated costs of imported instruments. I like simple workhorse guitars without much bling, and not really keen on slotted headstocks. Have you seen my entry for an Auden Emily Rose parlour. It has a mahogany body and Cedar top - sounds very like an all hog instrument to me and its not that expensive. Gets good reviews wherever.

If you're anywhere near Merseyside, you could come and play it.

Thanks Damian. Looks lovely. Call me mad but I have a weird aversion to slotted headstocks, but I bet it's a cracker.
