I've been watching AC30s for about 10 years on ebay and similar outlets - the days of £400 battered ones are over. And I wish they weren't.

In my experience, AC30s are *FAR* quieter than Selmers and Marshalls of the same period for hum. I'd echo ICBM's comments about the vib channel, but I can live without the Brilliant channel if I'm honest and Top Boost really does *nothing* for me.

That said, I wouldn't turn any Dartford Road AC30 down - assuming I could afford to buy it. :-)
