Wow so many amazing entries, they are all ace, well done everyone.

5pts @Vibetronic he came along, cured cancer, saved all the starving babies of Africa, dropped the mic and left  (i actually can't work out how he played the 2nd part and would dearly love to see that on video!!)
i found it really hard to pick the next two let alone order them but eventually decided on:
3pts @Bellycaster i loved the tone and the restraint with some splendid wandering melodies
1pts @DigitalDave again I really enjoyed this, especially the start of the 2nd phase and the ending

sadly we can't offer more points or joint places but that's the game.

    well played guys.

  • Superb entries, you guys have such technical ability!

5 pts @Vibetronic what can I say... sensational... jaw droppingly good.
3 pts @stratman3142 combining melodic and shreddier parts excellently
1 pts @DigitalDave great build up from slower melodic... then goes soaring and shred, great stuff

This is really hard! I enjoyed them all.

5pts @stratman3142  - melody and technique as usual, and great use of the trem.
3pts @fastonebaz  - as above really (it was so close between you two!) and some blazing runs!
1pt @Bellycaster - lovely tone and I loved the intro; your bends there were perfect.

    Great job all!!

And @fastonebaz  - that bit is some tapped arpeggios I stole then adapted (if you youtube a guy called Dr Viossy doing Moonlight Sonata, it's from the very first bit of that). I'll stick the tab up with a video at some point :) It sounds harder than it is.

5 Points @Vibetronic - Yep, that was pretty mind blowing stuff, great runs, nice harmonies and tone.

3 Points @DigitalDave - Lovely floating melody in the first part followed by some super legato in the latter part.

1 Point @fastonebaz - Loved the sustained notes, great bends and trem work. Some nifty fingerwork in there to top it off.

Great ideas all round, not an easy act to follow with this tune.
