Flying (motorised?) faders? Yes,I've not got a huge budget, ideally looking for something quite compact that will integrate well with Logic

Behringer X-Touch & Presonus Faderport 8 seem to be decent bets for a low budget @robinbowes. Faderport 16 looks good but the price is heading towards SSL money

Looking into X Touch now - anyone got one for sale?

Thanks! Am v.tempted by the SSL stuff, but I don't really do enough to justify it. Perhaps one day...

Not quite the same thing, but if you have an iPad then Avid Control does a good job via Eucon.

EDIT : assuming Logic can support it - I have no Logic experience.

If you have an iPad I can highly recommend the free Logic Remote app. Not hardware but works really well. I’d like an SSL too but can’t quite justify it!

@papashandy would give you 1000 wiz’s if i could! Can’t believe i didnt know about this app and there is nothing in the software that tells you about it’s existence

No worries! Works on an iPhone too. You can use it at the other side of a room without any cables, quite handy when you want to record without actually sitting right in front of your computer.

I went with Behringer X-Touch, they were selling for a good price on Amazon. It arrived next-day, no connection/compatibility issues and I’m really liking it. So far so good.
