The much-maligned Alesis 3630 Compressor, although apparently used to great effect by Daft Punk.I have a soft spot for 90s Alesis units and I learned a lot from using it, but my recent studio rearrangement means I don’t have the insert points for it even if I did want to use it once in a while. Boxed with manual and power supply, great condition. £60 posted.

Behringer headphone amp, brand new in box, I only opened it to check out the build quality (pretty solid at first glance). I bought it as a workaround for the notorious headphone problem with the Tascam Model 12, only to find out that Tascam had fixed it in a firmware upgrade (D’Oh!). The cable is for taking L/R outputs from a mixer or something so you can plug the TRS jack into the input of the headphone amp. From Designacable, Sommer cable with Neutrik jacks. £25 for the headphone amp, or £35 with the cable if you need it.

<edit> Both now sold on ebay. I still have the cable so I'll probably keep it, might come in useful one day!
