September should be ok for me.

I was thinking there’s a great core of people that are happy to chip in at this one, which is rare.

We had two drummers, three bass players, four singers which helps get a wide range of songs done.

Loved @Roberty nailing the “ I believe in a thing called love” and AC/DC vocals!

For anyone reading this who doesn't play in a band yet or who feels ill prepared to play with others, I really encourage you to consider coming along to the next jam. This was my situation back in 2017 when I joined tFB (still is in fact), but my confidence has improved a lot thanks to the encouragement and support of more experienced and skilled players at these jams. Everyone is encouraged to suggest tracks and to play on as many tracks as they like. We play tracks well beyond my current playing abilities (its great to watch some great players perform these) and tracks I can play relatively easily with practice, so everyone feels involved. Keep your eyes peeled for the next jam, quite likely in September.

How did you rate Firebird against Factory?

Took a bit longer to sort the sound out yesterday but once we had it was better than the sound we had at factory. The room was big enough for us but would have started to feel cramped in there with 12. There was a music school running in the main building and they were selling coffee. From an organising perspective they are easier to deal with than Factory

And they could do with borrowing one of Factory's big space heaters.  When the drummer has to don a big woolly jumper, you know it's a bit parky.

The start of 'acdc outtakes' made me laugh out loud, but slightly embarrassing that you left in the bit where I was asking @roberty for the code for the outside toilet
