I was production manager of Lowden Guitars some time ago in the Newtownards facility.   The Maple inside label was unusually signed by George himself- something extremely rare and I do not recall repeated on production models during my 12 year tenure. Tone and playability are wonderful. The Maple guitar is a very reasonable £3500 I will consider meeting in Ireland or Scotland perhaps north of England but there would need to be consideration of time and £cost taken into account.
