Bass Amp: some advice welcome

I have a Genz Benz shuttle 6.2 which use with the Genz Benz 12" cab and an Ampeg 15" cab.  It sounds amazing.  And the GB w/ the cab is super light for when I need something more portable.

The sound without the Ampeg isn't nearly as thick and lovely as it is with the cab.  But that is probably to be expected.

I would highly recommend this rig.

I tend to play it with a '75 P-Bass and a road worn Jazz Bass with Fralins.

get a used Gallien Krueger MB150E. I got one for circa £300 and it is a beast. Huge sound, extremely portable

FWIW - if you are in London, I would give you a good deal on the Genz Benz.  I just bought an Ampeg Heritage SVT-CL with a 4x10 so I am set for a while and don't have room to store them both.  PM me if interested.
