I’ve seen Matt many times, and we know each other from way back. The last time I saw him was probably 10 years ago at Band on the Wall in Manchester. A gig on home turf you might think, but there was just about 50 people there, a really poor turn out. I think Matt decided that night that playing gigs in the UK was just not worth the effort, when in the US he can play huge festivals, big venues, and fill them. He’s an incredible talent, and a nice bloke, it’s just such a shame that he’s just not supported like he ought to be here in the UK. It doesn’t surprise me at all that he’s just doing ONE gig in the UK this year.

I recall seeing him at the Apollo Manchester a while back, I think he was supporting Joe Satriani. 

Very impressed.

really not associated with Matt in any way, but yesterday was trying to buy another ticket for the 2nd show which is sold out...cause I took too long (there was still a restricted view seat which got sold ),
