Absolutely superb. Now that's what I call a one man band. 
He's strumming the guitar chords whilst playing the snare - never seen someone do that before.
My only criticism is he's not sporting a gold medallion necklace - that would absolutely nail that '70s look he's working here.

I felt compelled to check Google Maps to see where Langney actually is.  On the outskirts of Eastbourne.  It looks like an OK place, but perhaps not as vibrant and full of happy activities as his song would have you believe, but the lyrics would seem to be based on real events, because there is a "Pizza place" and it does have a back to it.  There are a few actually.

As someone who has spent a night in Langney I wouldn't brother. Even Skittles flavoured Vodka and karaoke couldn't save me from the small town malaise.
