The Tubes bass player passed away on December 16th.  He was 75.  I loved a lot of their stuff, and got into them when the Completion Backward Principle was released.  They were not very big in the UK I think, but they did bring some Glam Rock to the States.

Habanero

The 2nd live gig I ever went to as a kid was on that tour. Decades later after a major illness myself I saw them again at Clapham Grand. They were still tight, but didn’t have the dancing girls any more. Sad news indeed.
