York and Scarborough area - gig venues?

Anyone living in the York or Scarborough areas and nearby. ( Selby, Pickering, Malton etc) care to suggest some good venues?

It’s been a while since I’ve played in either area and I’ve started playing with a ac/dc tribute looking at booking some gigs in North yorks. 

I’m thinking about pubs and clubs that have a regular crowd into rock music.   I used to do the Roman baths in York with cover bands but it’s an odd layout so I’d love to hear about other venues worth checking out.
