Lowden LSE Custom Stage Edition.

I have owned this outstanding guitar for a long time sadly never got around to playing the instrument as it was originally built and intended to be used for, so I’m putting the guitar up for sale as it should be enjoyed & played by someone who appreciates the satisfaction given by the craftsmanship, playability & sound of a Lowden guitar.

• Serial number 7281 dates to 1994/95
• Hand built in Lowden’s Glenvale Industrial Estate Workshops, Newtownards, NI.
• LSE - Limited Stage Edition.
• Mahogany back & sides with spruce top.
• Ebony fretboard.
• Frets and fretboard in very good condition – all original.
• Guitar has been in storage un-played for 20 + years.
• Wood binding.
• EMG pick up system.
• Clear pick guard.
• Gold & Amber tuners.
• 5-piece neck.
• There are a couple of very minor marks to the top beyond the bridge, I have captured and clearly marked those in the pictures.
Nut width measures 45mm
There are hairline crazing lines to the lacquer either side of the sound-hole, those cause no effect to the sound or playability of the guitar, see pictures that clearly show those lines, the lacquer above the crazing lines has now been repaired. The top is NOT cracked below the crazing lines.

· The guitar has recently been to a Luthier who carried out the lacquer repair and set up.

• OVERALL CONDITION – Other than the hairline crazing and small marks described beyond the bridge & shown in the pictures the guitar is in good condition and is being sold as described.
• Includes original factory issue Hiscox hard case with key, good condition inside & out, there is what seems to be some white paint splatters on the outside of the case, see pictures.
