Pretty good condition but for one weird burn mark on the bottom, obviously doesn't affect playability (see pics).
Could do with a new set of strings but overall a very usable cheap acoustic.

Sold as seen but payment in full before one has actually seen it (why?) - all seems a bit weird to me but for £30 who could complain!

Too often people want to pay cash on collection, then never turn up. This way it pretty much guarantees that they will, don't change their minds or waste my time offering even less on collection when a price has already been agreed. Also, the majority of stuff sold on line is sold as seen as it's rare to find something you want sat on your doorstep, not sure what's so weird.
