Brook Clyst Parlour 12 fret.

Rosewood back and sides, European spruce top, ebony board.

Made in 2010 (serial number 012050).  

Under saddle Pick-up installed, and the jack is the end pin/strap button. I think the pick-up is a Fishman AG125, which is under the saddle

 

I’ve been in touch with the fabulous people at Brook, and they say, “If the potential buyer buys it he’s welcome to bring it to the workshop, we should be able to tell what pickup’s in it and we’ll give the guitar a free set up.”

Excellent condition.  Just a couple of very minor dings that barely photograph (see last image)
