Bought a couple of years ago here (I think) but rarely used, this is a multi-purpose signal splitter and/or mixer. Bit of a "swiss army knife" for line level signals. Best understood via a read of the manual here: https://www.ranecommercial.com/legacy/pdf/old/sm26man90.pdf

I used it with signals from four hardware speaker simulators (panning and sending them to a stereo pair going into an interface). But it's far more flexible than that.  There's a helpful diagram on top to show you the signal flow and options:



You can also use it as a 4:2 mixer (by pairing the 6 inputs alongside the the stereo inputs). 1U rackmount with some minor rack rash. Comes with a captive mains lead (no walwart!) and the printed user manual.
