Action is 2.25mm low e and 2mm high e at the 12th fret.
It measures 375mm (14.76") across the bottom bout, 260mm (10.2") upper bout and 220mm (8.6") at the waist. Body depth is 105mm (4.17")

Overall really nice condition with very minimal fret wear. There is a small ding in the gloss finish as pictured.

This really is a beautifully made all solid wood guitar from a well respected English luthier. If you contact Steve, he'll tell you he currently charges £3500 to build one of these with a 9-12 month lead time.

I had the pleasure of playing this guitar at the weekend. It's a really lovely instrument, beautifully built and finished. It has a full, rounded tone, much more depth and volume than you'd expect from a usual 00 size body. I took my Brook Torridge down to compare, and it felt and sounded a significantly better guitar, despite the Brook being a fine guitar in itself.

It also has great playability and for finger picking had a really comfortable string spacing. Sadly, timing is wrong for me to buy it, though I'm sorely tempted. But anybody that does buy it is going to get a very special little guitar.
