I have an M1, (2020 I think..) 512GB/8GB with wireless keyboard and touchpad if you are interested?

Not sure it can be upgraded though but I might be wrong.

I have a 2012 mini I’m just about to get rid of… it has no hard disk as I reused it elsewhere. 

The memory in this model is upgradable.

I have a 2012 i7 2.3Ghz mini with 16G ram and I think an upgraded SSD...its probably been modded as far as it can be....what else are you looking to do with it ?

I'm currently thinking of buying such a thing to watch .mkv files stored on an external SSD on my TV.  I think it would just involve installing VLC
