Selling on behalf of my Dad.
This thing kills all other modern J45s, sounds so much richer and is much more responsive to finger picking than a standard model but also takes a pick amazingly well.
It has a lovely deep pick guard and open gear tuners. All very 30’s!
A few marks here and there from playing but no serious dings. 

Factory fitted with Fishman sonitone pickup.

Limited to only 44 made worldwide it’s a very rare guitar.

Bumping this up.
Just had its truss Rod adjusted for winter and fresh strings. 

It compares very favourably to the original 1942 Banner J-45 I played last month on Denmark St.
