Sold: 1981 Yamaha CJ-818SB Country Jumbo

Selling my 1981 Yamaha CJ-818SB Country Jumbo acoustic. Spruce top with mahogany construction, all laminate with a lovely tone, loud and well built. It's set up with light gauge strings and 1mm action on high e string at 12th fret, but I'll include another bone saddle should you wish to raise it up for mediums and heavier strumming. 

There are a few available on reverb around £800 with one seller in the US asking $1000 which seems a bit ambitious, so how about a tempting £450 for the forum before it gets advertised elsewhere?
