New Venue - Promotional Materials?

Hello dear fb'ers - after some advice once again from those who do this semi-regularly.

As a relatively new band (<20 gigs, mostly down the dog & duck / royal legion), I approached a new venue about having us along. Everything arranged, fee & date agreed, all seemed to be happy.

Then they asked for a band biography, some high-res images, social media handles, video clips and original files for promotional material.

How many of you guys have this kind of thing for what is essentially a talented amateur pursuit? We've some shaky iPhone footage from previous gigs, but nothing even semi-professional. All of it feels a bit catch-22 at the moment for where we are in our journey, especially as one of the main reasons for reaching out to this venue was it's a step up visually from the corner by the fireplace with the fire door that needs to be kept free...

 Make a small promo file of suitable stuff that you have to hand and type up a biog (read a few others and include previous bands you’ve been in or influences etc.)
send what you have and call it done.
