Help needed setting price for some pedals

There's a Boss BCB60 with 4 Boss pedals and a Guitar Tech Tuner - Would it be better to split?
The unused Behringer switch thing and the M-Audio thingy ar e a mystery to me (the Sure mic is BNIB, I can deal with that
