Blue Organelle M. Includes  case, wireless adapter and  original power adapter with UK convertor.  If you don't know what this is, it's essentially a little Linux computer running Pure Data patches. It's got audio and midi in/out so can do audio processing  (guitar effects, vocal processing, filters etc) or generate it's own sounds such as synths. The M model has a speaker and can run on batteries.
