Very rare to find a SSS 96' out in wild, best to buy a SSH then change pickguard, Patrick can cut a new SSS pickguard for £75 (or more for brass)

Rosewood neck or board? I recently bought a 96 moden  spalted top p90 / humbucker with a solid rosewood neck from a fellow fretboarder. Hard to find but a really lovely neck
