Neck reshaping

Anyone had a neck reshaped by someone they would recommend? ideally in london but I could post it anywhere I suppose.
I have a roasted maple neck from guitarbuild w/stainless steel frets, plays beautifully but it’s gigantic with zero taper toward the headstock - wood like a few mm taken off ideally
