Bass player wanted to do that old classic I Feel Good cos he saw the little girl doing it on the video posted on here a few weeks back. 
ok - it's been hammered to death by bands around here but ...it'll be easy addition to the setlist for us so ok..
Harmonically dead simple right? I'm doing G7, C9 and D9 around the 10th fret. Rinse and repeat.

We get in the village hall - half an hour later me, the bass player and drummer are suddenly finding this start stop, groove thing is harder than it looks. We are just about getting into the ball park of making it swing.

Thoroughly enjoying the rhythm masterclass I'm engaged in with trying to get this thing down!
