NPD Octave Divider

What's Hot

My van is broken and I needed cheering up so I order a Behringer Octave Divider, its bloody huge, I was not aware how big it was  =)
Still it doesnt have any misleading print on it (take note EHX, dont say Micro when you mean huge ) so it'll probably stay. Its monophonic but i'm unlikely to play a chord through it anyway.

  • You should definitely try playing some chords through it, just to see what happens.

I've had a Build Your Own Clone DIY kit version of one of those for years. It's great fun.

I wish it had a way to isolate the upper octave, but you can't have it without the low octave as well (so I built a Green Ringer too....)

Don't talk politics and don't throw stones. Your royal highnesses.

I will chuck some chords for the glitchy goodness, ive got a MXR blue blox clone with a 2 octave drop that falls over if you play two notes in a row too quickly so it cant be any worse

i've just run it into my pedal board and it's the sound in my head, finally, when I think of octave added stuff I like (whites stripes etc) this is the sound I want, it may not be exactly how it should be if we are going by the recording but its how I hear it. Glitchy? Yes but brilliantly so, warm, bonkers, gritty. Its also making my fuzz sound like I wanted it too. I'd almost given up on fuzz's in general thinking they weren't for me.
