Totally agree, absolutely loved that one and sent it to some  friends. I think Tom has taught me more than all the other youtubers I've watched combined and this video is a great example of why. There's a huge amount of stuff to absorb in this vid regardless of what style you play.

Great vid for sure. Bukovac’s reputation is absolutely justified. 

 I didn’t learn as much as I’d maybe hoped but only because I’ve already spent the bulk of the last decade trying to play like that!

Sorry, I kinda lost it when he said “I don’t think of them as open strings, I just think of them as notes”.  And then, “dig this,” he wants me to hyperextend my knuckle so I can play his weird Emaj7.

Hurts my brain hearing him refer to an Ab rather than a G# in an Emaj7 chord.

Got tired of the host sucking up to him, too.

But I do like the way he plays.  Lower voicings are cool and probably underrated, I like the alt-grunge potential that they have.
