Looks slightly questionable to me, but I may be wrong...

yup ,wrong shaped headstock ,looks like a vintage (brand) headstock ,dot inlays ,screen transfer tokai logo over a black matt sprayed vintave headstock,should be pearloid inlaid tokai logo .3 hole trussrod cover ,should be a 2, should be crown inlays,and too pointy cutaway(points to a vintage brand) so no

So so wrong, +1 to mark123 for everything above.  Also trussrod cover is also wrong shape.  Tuners wrong.  Bridge has small mount holes and no slot on MIJ.  White pearlescent "Tokai" logo on MIJ, "Love Rock model" should be in gold on headstock (missing here) and in the correct location which the Fake-ais usually get wrong ("k" by the D tuner).  Nut is wrong for MIJ. Knobs look wrong, plastic colours look wrong.  And I have probably missed some stuff too.

I'll bet if you turn it over it has white plastics on the back covers too !

Not even a Fake-ai.  -  Just so wrong, wrong, wrong.

If it looks too good to be true it usually is. But the real rip offs are the 'close as no difference' fakes sold for big bucks, Tokai, Gibson, Fender etc.  Take 'em out and shoot 'em I say.

as Mark said, wrong headstock and cut-away  - also the tuners are cheap/wrong.  - but even more  its a 'studio'  and a far as Im aware Tok never did a studio model
