Beginner Piano/Keyboard Technique

I am just noodling around on a keyboard,Roland Keys,I bought a few months back but I have not a lot of technique ideas. I understand a lot of the theory due to a few years on Guitar but not a lot on the keyboard. Which three fingers should I use on my right hand,primarily,or two even and what does my left hand do when I'm playing a chord? Can I play 'double stops' on a piano to help me kick off? I dont need to be Elton John but some simple basic technique would help. I use the piano setting on Ultimate Guitar to help me find the chords of some songs I'd like to play to begin with.
