I've been road testing this for a couple of months but finally got around to tolexing it yesterday.
I wanted a pedalboard that was a box where the base would be the board and the top would be a removable lid.
This is basically a butt jointed 12mm plywood box, cut in half at an angle and rounded over with a half inch radius. The base is lined with carpet tiles and the raised section is a pedaltrain nano+ I already had. Hardware is all penn elcom flight case stuff and tolex is marshall levant style.
Electronics wise, it has a rockboard patch bay fixed into the back and a harley benton power supply that puts out enough to power the line 6 wireless and digitech freqout. the HX FX is powered by the normal adaptor wired into the patch bay.
Happy with how it turned out. I just need to get some foam to put in the lid to better support the pedals when carrying it. I also need to tidy up the wiring but using patch cables I already had for now.
