Fredric Blue Monarch - This was recently bought as a blem/factory second but is as new, I think it's the small paint chips around the screw that class it as a second which is how it arrived.

Anyway, Fredrics take on a Blues Breaker/Prince Of Tone but with a small footprint and the toggle and internal treble control on the front. Sounds great but not as good as the Duellist for me. Boxed with manual and candy etc.

 £90 PPG delivered SOLD elsewhere

SOLD Ananashead Effects Main Fuzz - Used/Boxed

Now surplus to requirements after buying a ThorpyFX Veteran, great sounding Fuzz with many options to get the perfect sound. Resplendent in orange, boxed and in very good condition.

    £45 PPG Delivered SOLD

I had sold this but in the interests of being open, the buyer returned it as he felt the mode switch wasn't doing much and considered it to be broken. I took the pedal back and checked it, it meters correct on the switch capacitors so its functionally fine. So I contacted the manufacturer and they stated:

Yeah it works like this, paired with the volume's potentiometer forms a high pass filter that doesn't change too much in audible freqs. It's made for mimic the last cap used in the usual fuzz faces variants (5nf for the Vox, 10nf for the Arbiter and mk1.5 bender and 56/100nf for the modern ones like the Meathead, entering in the subsonic Hz). It can be more audible by lowering the volume (the resistance), a bit useless as unity is reached at the end of the pot's travel in fuzz faces.

I have the email if anyone wants a copy before buying, so that's just a little FYI before you buy it. I think it's a great sounding fuzz for little money personally, a bargain in fact!!

    Blurb:

    Ananashead Main Fuzz

A handmade all-around fuzz pedal based on the classical Fuzz Face. It can be built in three versions, silicon, germanium or hybrid si-ge for the best of both worlds. This one I believe is a silicon only version

Apart from the usual Volume and Fuzz controls, this one has a Tone knob that controls the amount of bass entering the circuit and paired with the Mode switch has a wide spectrum of tones from the trebly tonebender mk1.5 to the full bass modern fuzzes. The Pregain acts like an attenuator just like the volume of your guitar, it can be used to clean the fuzz or to be more friendly with some wahs. The Bias helps with the temperature on the germanium version but it also is useful to sculpt the signal towards more zippery or more overdriving tone.

    Other features:
    · Shielded inputs/outputs to avoid RF interference.
    · Alpha pots and footswitch.
    · Enclosed jacks.
    · Metal film resistors and caps for lower floor noise.
    · Filtered and wrong polarity protected 9V DC input.
    · Can be daisy-chained with your other pedals.
    · Popless True Bypass switching.
    · Current draw: 3mA.
