Walrus Mira suggested settings

Ive just got a Walrus Mira but theres quite a few settings on it, i want to use it as an always on compressor to just smooth everything out , do a lot of neck HB pickup stuff just wondering if anyone had any experience with these and could suggest some always on settings that have worked for them i can use as a base point to fine tune for myself. Thanks in advance Joe
