RIP Del Palmer (Kate Bush)

So sad. Long-time musical and romantic partner of Kate Bush who played mainly bass and produced and engineered for her and was so integral to her music and success.

I was lucky enough to meet him a couple of years ago when he joined the KB tribute band, Cloudbusting.on stage at The Half Moon, Putney. Lovely guy with great stories and a great player.

More sad news.
I met Del a few times through work during the mid to late 70s and he always seemed like a very amiable and pleasant guy.
I also used to frequent the legendary Half Moon pub venue in Putney.
I’ve seen some brilliant artists and bands there over the years.
