@Voxman - this section is for an archive of reviews, kind of defeats the point if it's a link to a document that may well be deleted in future.

Unfortunately it's quite big & in a tabular form so can't paste in without the formatting getting lost  (when you open it you'll see what I mean) and you can't attach documents to the Fretboard posts.  But I've made it public and I won't delete it.

It is set for All access but you need a Google account to open it.
