WTB replacement pickups and tuners for a Rockinbetter RG43!

So after scoring an Epi Nighthawk having wanted one forever(!), I have now bought a Rockinbetter RG43 - another one on the wishlist! Like the Nighthawk, I can’t afford an original Ricky but this feels like a decent copy!

So, initial thoughts are that the tuners need an upgrade and I think the toaster copies may also benefit from something more Rick-a-like!

I know very little about Ricks so any advice on replacement tuners and pickups and does anyone have anything they want to sell?

Genuine Rickenbacker parts are tpically expensive to get hold of, so ebay is a good place to keep a eye on, but as far as decent pick ups go, you are in luck because you can get a decent set of replacement toaster pickups for around a ton from Kent Armstrong.

And Rickysounds is useful for spares and upgrade parts.
