12 string acoustics with 24.75 or 25 inch scale?

I'm normally an electric player, but I've ended up having some singalongs around a friend's house recently and was thinking of changing my current cheapo 12 string for something a bit better.

I've been doing a bit of shopping around and am interested in getting something with a 24.75 or 25 inch scale.

So far I've found the following 
- Yamaha FG820-12
- Yamaha LL16 - 12
- Epiphone Hummingbird 12

Any more that I should be looking at?

I'm hoping to buy second hand and the budget is probably no more than about £500

Other things I'm looking for...perhaps a body that isn't too big and a chunkier neck.

Anything by Guild They tend to have fatter necks than Epi or Yamaha too.  The D1212 is about your budget.

There used to be an Ibanez mini dread with a 24" inch scale but it was discontinued.

The Yamaha APX700II 12 string also has a 25” scale. 

Suspect getting an LL16-12 for under £500 might be tricky - maybe nothing impossible in this market but they aren’t that common to begin with. The APX should be doable though, it’s about £700 new.

Thanks chaps. The baton rouge thing looks good, but have not had great experiences with thomann in the past. (shame as it's a big shop with great stuff). Bit wary of returning a guitar if it doesn't feel right. Plus not too keen on laminated woods - I've got a guitar like that and it's pretty dead feeling.

 Just had a look at the Yamaha - looks good. They also seem to have the CPX700II with the same scale length. APX vs CPX seems to be apx is more stage focussed and cpx more traditional focussed.
