Mixer/interface for amps and stereo fx

I want to take the signal from my amp, via a reactive load, plonk it into a mixer. Then I want to send it to stereo FX and return it to the mixer. Preferably have two stereo FX loops, effectively. Then I went to send it all to either USB to DAW or have the ability to not have to use a computer at all. 

This will be a scalable solution, with which I can add more amps into the equation to send to separate channels and I could then use an amp switcher at the front end to select the amp and could then mute and unmute amps by way of the channels on the mixer.

what thing do I need to buy that would make all this possible? I assume a mixer of some kind, but which and…is it possible?
