The Blues Power V1 was the best pedal I’ve owned for use with a Strat…..This V2 looks like a great design…

I miss my MKi, but personally, the v2 is a real ugly looking pedal sadly.

Gawd, that is one of the ugliest pedals I’ve ever seen!

A Danelectro inspired design, with Chase Bliss options on the back, designed to take the worst of all worlds.

It is much more pedalboard friendly though.

Normally when a V2 is released, prices of a used V1 drop dramtically. Think this might reverse that trend.

I thought "Blues Power" was a Jared James Nicholls thing...

Seen people on TGP moaning about the placement of input and outputs not fitting their patch cables...

Good news though, the Benson Preamp is a better pedal and much prettier.  ;)

It seems to be an over-riding “it’s a no from me” then….I hadn’t seen stacked jacks before, and the jury’s out on the rounded bottom (steady at the back)….it looked like some great innovation in the design on first glance. I like the recessed knobs…..

I prefer the look of this over the v1 personally. Both are pretty ugly but at least this one’s smaller.

Won’t be swapping my v1 for this. It’s a pedal that didn’t really need this tinkering and is mostly set and forget. The only criticisms of the v1 aesthetics I’m aware of was the “blues power” title itself.

I've not tried the blues power but have just bought another Duellist, the latest version, it is a really good dual OD,

I don't mind the new space saving design but the in/out jacks look very close together and could give some issues with patch cabling for some.
